I am looking for a motivated Key Worker to help structure support on all levels; • to help me prioritise tasks and then to manage those tasks, • to assist me in working with and/or managing my team of support which includes: identifying which of of my listed tasks I should do with which Support Worker taking into account their individual skill sets; and noting issues that I should discuss with Support Coordinator, OT and perhaps medical team, or others • to assist me in planning my week and to then oversee it, ensuring key appointments are attended, and be ready to adapt when issues crop up. • assisting me with structuring, facilitating and keeping on track - this is paramount. The role involves assisting in the management of a regular weekly support schedule to create a unified team of support persons.
