Pasture of Balmoral
Pasture of Balmoral is a café located on the waterfront of Sydney’s idyllic Balmoral Beach. It’s open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, and for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.
The ethos behind the business is the notion of “pasture to plate.” The owners have generational ties to the land and their aim is to use quality ingredients that are sustainably grown and sourced straight from the producer. The cafe’s ethos is fostered on a deep respect for the farmers, fishermen, food artisans and growers who work to produce the food that is served.
The food at Pasture of Balmoral has been carefully created by Chef Justin Naudi (ex Goma, Chez Dre and Vue de Monde). Stretching across breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is a combination of popular café dishes with creative twists, and refined casual dining inspired by Modern Australian cuisine.
Coffee comes from popular roaster, Will & Co, and for those who fancy something a bit stronger, there is also an impressive drinks list featuring wine, beer and spirits alongside classic and special house cocktails.
